ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! No returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons. All lipglosses are handmade and hand inspected throughly. If products is damaged when received, please contact me immediately, no late than 2 business days upon receiving the item(s). Please include pics and videos of damaged items to properly handle and execute the problem. If items that were ordered are incorrect and or missing, please report to us within 24 hrs via email plushbycasarahb@gmail.com
